Whether you're new to climbing, have been doing it for years, or want to improve your technique to achieve your goals, our gym offers training for all levels.
Bouldering is super accessible and easy to get into. You don’t need to have any previous experience, but it’s also a physically pretty difficult sport that engages all of your body's muscles. Typically, if you can do other sports, you can boulder.
These lessons are for participants over the age of 18.
There is no rental shoe fee for the lessons.

BEGINNER LESSON

Start your climbing journey here!
If you are new to bouldering, this approximately 90-minute training will give you information about the basics of climbing and bouldering and reinforce it with practices. At the end of this one-on-one lesson you will have all the knowledge to climb and use the gym on your own.
In addition to theoretical knowledge, the topics covered include basic climbing techniques, proper falling technique, route reading, effective warm-up/cool-down and climbing gym etiquette. You can also stay after the training and continue climbing and improving your skills at no additional cost!
This program has been prepared to bring you to a level where you can climb consciously, safely and with appropriate techniques in our gym.
* You can join this lesson with a friend and have a pleasant intro to climbing. By sharing this experience with your friend, you can both accelerate learning and create a fun atmosphere! Participants pay a fee per person.

INTERMEDIATE LESSON

You've gotten used to climbing but are having trouble taking it to the next level? In this lesson you will learn how to improve the basics to continue progressing on more challenging climbs.
In this approximately 90-minute lesson, we will cover the importance of body position, how to incorporate breathing into your climbing routine as well as solid techniques and proper climbing strategies for working on projects. You will learn how to train effectively and at the end of the lesson we will guide you to achieve your goals with a 4-week program prepared specifically for you by our trainers.

PERSONAL TRAINER
4 Lessons - 6.100₺
Are you ready to sharpen your climbing technique, push your limits and move forward with a clear plan? In this package, which lasts 4 weeks in total and 1 session per week, we go into the details of techniques specific to both your needs and your branch.
Our coaches will evaluate your climbing and your performance in various physical tests to determine your current strengths and weaknesses. We provide sustainable development by offering a 6-week personalized training program to increase your strength and improve your mental game.
